Cottage cheese-orange cake with sour cream without baking

STEP 1
To prepare a delicious orange cake without baking, prepare the necessary ingredients, then pour three hundred milliliters of milk into a mug and pour in forty grams of gelatin.

Thoroughly mix the gelatin with milk with a whisk and leave to swell for twenty minutes.

We peel seven hundred grams of pitted oranges and remove the white film from the segments.

Cut the orange slices into fairly large pieces.

Place the sliced oranges in a sieve and remove excess juice.

Don’t forget to stir the gelatin in the mug so that it swells evenly.

Place two hundred grams of granular cottage cheese in a large bowl and pour in two hundred and sixty grams of sugar.

Add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon.

Place two tablespoons of 15% sour cream in a common bowl for better grinding.

Grind all ingredients well with a blender in a common bowl until smooth.

Cover the mold with a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for two hours, or put it in the freezer for thirty minutes.
