Cottage cheese casserole with fruit without sugar

This low-calorie cottage cheese casserole is simply delicious! I really liked the casserole with this particular mixture - cottage cheese, it raises the mass well and does not spoil it. The casserole is easy and quick to prepare, you can use any fruit; if you don’t have any, replace the fruit with raisins or dried apricots. The dish is not high in calories and you can safely increase the portion, try it, dear forum members, and get an appetite! I’m gradually creating a diet for separate meals, cottage cheese is a protein food and I decided to write a recipe for a casserole without sugar, since many, including me, decided to give up using it (each for their own reasons), so this recipe is for those who want improve your health and not feel heavy from food. The casserole contains only protein foods and living carbohydrates (fruits), which can be combined with protein foods. The casserole turned out moderately sweet and tender, like a soufflé, I really liked it!

Shura, great casserole) if it doesn’t contradict the recipe, then I think raisins will go well here, I especially love blue ones, if you add them to baked goods, then you don’t need sugar, they’re too sweet on their own :)

Yes, Irisha, of course you can change and add any fruits and dried fruits, today I’m just preparing it with raisins, then I’ll show you how to take it out of the oven. I don’t know if this curd is actually sold in your stores, but I think it definitely should!

Well, I took the casserole out of the oven, it’s so fragrant, it tastes even better with raisins.

Shurochka, this is so delicious, I cook it almost every week. But I haven’t tried it with fruit. I'll make this recipe this week.

Shura, Anahit, can you explain “for some” (in the sense of those who are guaranteed not to have a product called Vtoropysh in their stores) what we are talking about in general? Otherwise it seems to me that I’m completely missing something in the recipe.
