  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese casserole with banana in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose cottage cheese that is soft and slightly moist. If it is grainy, then it is advisable to rub it through a sieve. This will give the cottage cheese a uniform structure, making the finished casserole more tender. Take bananas that are more ripe and fragrant.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Take a comfortable deep bowl. Combine eggs and sugar in it and beat them a little with a mixer. There is no need to beat vigorously. It is enough for the sugar to dissolve and foam from whipping begins to appear.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Next, add cottage cheese, milk and semolina to the bowl. Mix everything and set aside. Let the semolina swell a little.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Meanwhile, prepare the bananas. Peel the bananas, break them into pieces and mash with a fork. To prevent bananas from darkening, you can sprinkle them with a little lemon juice.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add mashed bananas to the curd dough and mix them thoroughly. Add a pinch of baking powder.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. I take the ceramic one. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with a piece of butter and transfer the prepared curd dough with bananas. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 35 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The finished casserole will turn an appetizing golden color. Remove the pan from the oven, cool slightly and divide the casserole into plates. In addition, you can take sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!

This probably happens to every housewife: you are planning to cook something, but you don’t have the right ingredient. That’s what happened to me 😊 I ran out of flour, and I was already planning to bake something for tea. The recipe for cottage cheese casserole with banana in the oven came to the rescue, no flour was needed, and the dough turned out well thanks to semolina. The finished casserole was eaten in one sitting, with condensed milk and herbal tea it was just wonderful! Thanks for the recipe 😉
