Mix flour with salt and baking powder

Sift so that all ingredients are well mixed and the flour is saturated with oxygen.

The dough turns out quite tight. Place it in a bag and refrigerate for 1-2 hours

We take out the dough, cut off about a quarter and roll it out thinly (no more than 5 mm thick)

Use a mold or just a glass to squeeze out the shapes of future cookies

Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil

To grease the cookies, take the yolk and the remaining milk and mix

Grease the top of the cookies

Sprinkle with a mixture of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds

And so that the seeds certainly don’t fall off later, pour a small amount of a mixture of yolk and milk on top of them (about 0.3 teaspoon per cookie)

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
