STEP 1
How to bake shortbread cookies with jam in the oven for a minute? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it comes to room temperature. Sift the flour through a sieve so that it is saturated with oxygen. This will make the cookies more tender.
STEP 2
Mix softened butter and sour cream.
STEP 3
Gradually add sifted flour to the mixture. You may need a little more or a little less flour than the specified amount. Focus primarily on the consistency of the dough.
STEP 4
Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
STEP 5
Roll the dough into a ball, put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 6
Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Roll out the “rested” dough into a layer 0.3-0.5 mm thick. Cut the layer into squares.
STEP 7
Place a little jam on each square.
STEP 8
Pinch the opposite corners of the square as shown in the photo.
STEP 9
Place the pieces on a silicone mat or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pre-grease the parchment paper with vegetable oil. The silicone mat and siliconized parchment do not need to be greased. Place the pieces in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. The exact time depends on how your oven operates.
