Cookies with condensed milk round nuts

STEP 1

Place sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and add eggs. Mix everything well, no whisking necessary.

Melt and cool the butter slightly and add to the egg mixture.
STEP 3

Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the bowl.
STEP 4

Add flour in portions and knead the dough. It is better, of course, to sift the flour.

The dough is smooth and buttery.
STEP 6

Grease the cookie pan with vegetable oil and let it warm up.
STEP 7

Make small balls from the dough.
STEP 8

Place the pieces in a heated frying pan, close tightly and fry on both sides for 1.5 minutes.

Place the finished shells in a bowl and tidy and trim.

Cool the cookies.

Fill each cookie with condensed milk and seal them together in pairs.
