  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake cookies for tiramisu? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For chicken eggs, take the largest category C0. To make the cookies neat and even, it is better to use a pastry syringe or pastry bag. You can also use a simple plastic bag, cutting off a corner of it. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees in advance.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Carefully separate the whites from the yolks, do not allow them to melt. Try not to get even a small amount of yolks into the bowl with the whites, otherwise the latter will not beat.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Grind half the sugar (25 grams) with the yolks using a mixer until you obtain a white foam.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Beat the egg whites with a mixer. Start beating at low speed, gradually increasing the speed. When the whites foam, add the remaining 25 grams to them and beat until fluffy and thick foam.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Carefully combine the whipped whites with the yolks. Do this with a spoon so that the mass does not settle.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Sift the wheat flour and add it to the resulting mass. Mix in the flour with a spoon, as if lifting the dough from bottom to top. Using a whisk may cause the dough to sag. You may need a little more or less flour, depending on the consistency of the dough. It should turn out like thick sour cream. If there is more flour than needed, the dough will settle, so it is better to add it in parts, stirring the dough each time.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Place the dough into a pastry syringe. Plant cookies about 7 centimeters long. Be sure to leave space between the cookies as they will expand during baking. Leave the cookies to rest for 5-7 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Sprinkle the top of each cookie with powdered sugar. Place the baking sheet with cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Focus on the operation of your oven; the cookies should not be overcooked so that they do not brown too much and do not taste bitter.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Remove the finished cookies from the oven and carefully remove them from the parchment. Cool it a little and serve or use for making desserts. Bon appetit!

Easy to bake, they turn out tender and melt in your mouth. Here is another version of the recipe for lady fingers or savoiardi cookies.

Despite the fact that I'm good with biscuits, tiramisu cookies were not easy for me. And while making the dough itself is not at all difficult, placing the cookies on a baking sheet requires a certain skill. My cookies spread out and began to look like bast shoes (they will do for homemade tiramisu, but I still need to practice), I advise you to plant them thinner and leave a distance of about 5 cm. Not all the dough was used on a 25x35 baking sheet, a small amount remained. It is better to bake in two baking sheets at once or use half of the products indicated in the ingredients for the dough. The recipe is good, but requires some skills, I give it 5 stars!

The cookies turned out wonderful, airy, my dough turned out to be very pliable, didn’t spread, and airy. It really melts in your mouth, next time I’ll try to make tiramisu with it. Thanks for the recipe!
