Well, let's continue to prepare cold, very tasty and healthy summer soups. Let's do the experiment again... Drum roll - here it is. Of course, you can argue about its name: soup, puree, or maybe a vegetable smoothie? You know, it probably doesn’t matter what I call it. The main thing is that this is a delicious healthy food, because the main ingredient is kohlrabi. It tastes like an ordinary cabbage stalk, but sweeter and juicier. Kohlrabi contains vitamins B1, B2, PP, and in terms of ascorbic acid content, these pumpkins are superior even to lemons and oranges (90 mg of vitamin C per 100 g of fruit).

Thank you very much for the recipe, I don’t know what to please my husband anymore) He doesn’t want to eat anything, I hope he will like this wonderful soup and surprise him) It looks very appetizing, my mouth is already watering) I ran to the store for fermented baked milk, otherwise I’m out of stock at home) I’ll try it, for sure I’ll write what and how) I just think it’s better to make it with nuts or crackers.. I don't really like pureed soups. But, looking at your photos, I immediately fell in love with this soup - the ingredients for my soups are unusual, but all very tasty. Prepared for one, two, three! We have had this recipe in our archives since 2013. And it seems that we all forgot about him! In my opinion it’s in vain. Nowadays there are already fresh apples and kohlrabi in the gardens on the way, and the heat is in many regions, and, as a result, you often really want to have a snack and refresh yourself at the same time.
