Cod with onions and tomatoes in the oven with wine

STEP 1
Chop the onion in a blender at the lowest speed. After this, sauté in a frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
STEP 2
At this time, peel the garlic and scald the tomatoes, cut crosswise. After scalding, pour cold water over the tomatoes and remove the skins.
STEP 3
Pass the garlic through a garlic press and add to the onion along with coarsely chopped tomatoes. We pour wine in there.
STEP 4
Simmer until the tomatoes are softened. Mix thoroughly until more or less homogeneous. Due to the addition of white wine, the mixture acquires a bluish-greenish tint.
STEP 5
At this time, place the cod fillet in a pan greased with olive oil. It is better to take the form deeper, as there will be a lot of juice. We also grease the top of the fillet with olive oil.
STEP 6
Spread the prepared onion marinade on top and place in the oven. I decided to add the greens later to keep them fresh and healthy.
STEP 7
Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley.
