Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 20 mins
STEP 1
Mix semolina with sugar, pour a glass of warm water and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
STEP 2
Dissolve coffee in 2 teaspoons of hot water.
STEP 3
Melt the margarine.
STEP 4
Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder.
STEP 5
Rinse the raisins.
STEP 6
Cut the candied fruit into cubes the size of raisins.
STEP 7
Add coffee, salt, vanillin, margarine to the swollen semolina.
STEP 8
Add dry ingredients to the mixture.
STEP 9
Quickly stir candied fruits, seeds and raisins into the dough, place in a greased pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
STEP 10
Remove the finished manna from the mold and cover with glaze.
STEP 11
For glaze, mix cocoa, sugar, water. Heat the mixture and add margarine.
STEP 12
Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened, 1-2 minutes.

This was my first time baking a chocolate cake. I was careful not to overcook it in the oven; I wanted it to be a little moist. And it worked. True, it burst on top, but this did not affect the taste at all. You can smell the coffee very distantly. I tried to decorate the top of the cupcake with ready-made frosting. The most interesting thing is that when it stood overnight in the refrigerator, the taste became more intense. I liked the recipe. Thanks a lot
