STEP 1

How to make a classic salad with cucumber and green onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The quantities and proportions of ingredients are approximate. They can be changed to your liking. Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise or vegetable oil. In addition to green onions, you can add any other fresh herbs.
STEP 2

Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs by pouring cold water over them. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into a salad bowl. It is very convenient to cut eggs using an egg slicer.
STEP 3

Wash fresh cucumbers. Remove the tails from both sides and cut into small pieces into a bowl with the eggs. I have young cucumbers. Simply cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces and then cut into thin slices.
STEP 4

Rinse fresh green onions, dry with paper towels and finely chop. Place chopped green onions in a bowl.
STEP 5

Season the salad with sour cream. Add a little salt to taste. If desired, you can add a little spice, for example, a mixture of ground peppers or dried herbs. They will add extra flavor to the salad. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
STEP 6
