Classic horseradish with cooking

    How to make classic horseradish for the winter with cooking? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. If desired, you can add a little fresh hot pepper. Also prepare the work surface: wash the table and boards, preferably with soda. Wash your hands with soap.

    Rinse the tomatoes well, cut into 4 parts, if the skin of the tomato is rough, you can remove it if desired.

    Grind the tomatoes in a meat grinder or use a blender or food processor. Place the pan with the tomatoes on the stove and boil them for about 15 minutes, skimming off any foam that forms.

    Wash the horseradish root thoroughly with cold water and peel it with a knife, cut into small pieces.

    Peel the garlic and rinse.

    Grind the horseradish root and garlic in any way convenient for you - in a blender or in a meat grinder. To prevent horseradish fumes from stinging your eyes, you can put on a gauze bandage; you can also twist the root and garlic directly into a plastic bag, tying it around the neck of the device.

    Add chopped garlic and horseradish root to the boiled tomatoes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.

    Then add salt, sugar, pepper and mix well, cook for another couple of minutes. Taste, if necessary, add what is missing.

    Immediately pour the finished boiling hot horseradish into sterile jars, cover with lids and roll up.

    Turn the jars with the preparation upside down and cover with something warm, leave for 1-2 days until completely cooled, then put them in a cool place for storage. Bon appetit!
