Classic chebureks made from unleavened dough with minced meat

STEP 1

How to quickly and very simply prepare chebureks from unleavened dough with mixed minced meat, onions and spices, which are sure to please many and will pleasantly surprise you with their wonderful taste? First of all, prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing classic pasties.
STEP 2

To prepare unleavened dough, take a measuring mug and pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of warm boiled water into it, then pour one teaspoon of salt into the mug and mix well, dissolving the salt in the water.
STEP 3

Take a large bowl and sift five hundred grams of premium wheat flour into it through a fine sieve, then take fifty grams of flour for sprinkling and pour salted water from a mug into the bowl, then mix the flour with water and knead the unleavened dough.
STEP 4

Continue kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands for ten minutes, it should hold its shape well and be quite dense.
STEP 5

Gather the well-kneaded dough into a tight ball and place it in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.
STEP 6

Chop one large onion quite finely, then take a deep bowl and place the chopped onion in it, then take a masher and thoroughly mash the onion until the juice is released; it should not be hard in the meat filling.
STEP 7

Place four hundred grams of mixed minced meat in a bowl with onions, pour one hundred milliliters of warm boiled water into it, add cumin to taste, a mixture of ground black and red peppers and one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
STEP 8

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until you obtain a homogeneous minced meat and let it stand for a little time and soak in the spices.
STEP 9

After some time, place the dough on the table and knead it, then shape it and divide it into two equal parts.
STEP 10

Sprinkle the table with a small amount of wheat flour, then one by one lay out and knead parts of the dough from which to form sausages, then cut them into the required number of pieces of the desired size.
STEP 11

One by one, roll each piece of dough in wheat flour and roll them out to very thin flat cakes, then use a saucepan lid of a suitable diameter and cut the flat cakes along it to give the chebureks an aesthetically pleasing shape.
STEP 12

Mix the infused minced meat in a bowl and alternately place one tablespoon of minced meat on each tortilla, which is then evenly distributed closer to one edge of the tortillas.
STEP 13

Cover the top layer of minced meat with the edge of the flatbread and release the resulting air, press it lightly with your hands, then take a fork and use it to firmly adhere the edges of the flatbread, then form the remaining chebureks in the same way.
STEP 14

Take a frying pan and place it on the stove that is on, then pour about two hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into it and heat it well, then put the formed pasties in the frying pan and deep-fry them until golden brown on one side at medium stove temperature.
STEP 15

Turn the pasties over in the pan and continue deep-frying them on the second side at medium heat until fully cooked.
STEP 16

Place the cooked chebureki from the frying pan onto paper napkins to absorb excess oil, then transfer from the napkins to serving plates and serve.
