Pour one teaspoon of sugar into a mug with three hundred milliliters of warm boiled water.

Pour two teaspoons of dry yeast into a mug.

Add one tablespoon of flour to the mug.

Mix all the ingredients well and set aside to activate the yeast for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Place one egg yolk in a bowl, then pour in two tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix.
STEP 7

Pour the yeast base into the bowl with the egg yolk and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 8

Pour half a teaspoon of baking soda into a bowl with five hundred grams of flour.
STEP 9

Pour one teaspoon of salt into a bowl of flour.
STEP 10

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Sift the flour in parts into a bowl with the liquid yeast base.

Mix well and combine the two bases together.

Gather the dough in a bowl with your hands into a lump.

Place three hundred and fifty grams of cooked minced meat in a bowl.

Roughly chop one hundred and eighty grams of onion, then put it in a large bowl, add salt to taste and mash.

Place the minced meat in a bowl with the onion and, after mixing all the ingredients well, set aside for twenty minutes to soak in the spices.

After some time, pour a little vegetable oil onto the work surface of the table, then take the dough out of the bowl and knead it well.

Knead each piece of dough into a thin cake about five millimeters thick.

Place the required amount of minced meat on each flatbread and press into an even layer.

Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it on the stove, after which we place the whites in it one by one.

Fry the belyashi on medium heat until golden brown on each side.
