Mix all the ingredients well and set aside to activate the yeast for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Place one egg yolk in a bowl, then pour in two tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix.

Pour the yeast base into the bowl with the egg yolk and mix all the ingredients well.

Pour half a teaspoon of baking soda into a bowl with five hundred grams of flour.

Pour one teaspoon of salt into a bowl of flour.

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Fry the belyashi on medium heat until golden brown on each side.
