STEP 1
How to quite simply prepare juicy manti from choux pastry with minced beef, fat tail fat, onions and spices, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices to prepare a hearty homemade meal for the whole family.
STEP 2
To prepare the choux pastry, take a large bowl and pour five hundred milliliters of boiling water into it, then pour fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into it, pour in one heaped teaspoon of salt and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 3
Take a fine sieve and sift seven hundred grams of premium wheat flour into a large bowl, then pour the flour into a bowl of boiling water in two steps.
STEP 4
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl together and knead the dough.
STEP 5
Continue kneading the dough well in the bowl with your hands to the desired consistency for five minutes.
STEP 6
Gather the kneaded dough into a ball and place it in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.
STEP 7
Place six hundred grams of minced beef with one hundred and fifty grams of fat tail fat added to a deep bowl, then finely chop three large onions and place in a bowl with minced meat.

Pour coriander, salt, a mixture of ground black and red pepper and cumin into a bowl with minced meat to taste.

Mix all ingredients very well in a bowl.
STEP 10
Pour one hundred to one hundred and fifty milliliters of beef broth into a bowl of minced meat, then mix all the ingredients thoroughly, then set the bowl aside and let the minced meat soak in the spices for twenty minutes.
STEP 11
After time has passed, sprinkle the work surface with a small amount of wheat flour and lay out the dough, which you then knead and roll in flour.
STEP 12
Divide the dough into three approximately equal parts and roll one of them to a fairly thin flat cake two millimeters thick.
STEP 13
Cut the tortilla into twelve square pieces of the required size and place one full tablespoon of cooked minced meat on each of them.
STEP 14
Well mold the opposite edges of each workpiece with minced meat.
STEP 15
Pinch two opposite edges well and form manti.
STEP 16
Place the manti on a pre-oiled grate in a pressure cooker with boiling water placed on the stove, into which add a little vegetable oil with a bay leaf, then cover the pressure cooker with a lid and steam them for thirty-five minutes.
