STEP 1
How to cook cutlets with starch? Measure out all the ingredients according to the list. Wash and dry the eggs in the shell well. Wash fresh greens and remove excess moisture. Clean the meat, wash it and dry it. It’s better to take homemade mayonnaise. If you wish, you can use ready-made minced meat, but then the cutlets will not be minced.
STEP 2
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes with a sharp knife. Transfer to any convenient bowl.

Finely chop the dill. And add it to the meat.
STEP 4
Beat raw eggs into a bowl with chopped chicken fillet and herbs. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the chicken fillet.

Mix the whole mass until smooth.

Add mayonnaise.
STEP 7
Stir again.
STEP 8
Pour starch into the minced meat and mix well again.
STEP 9
Leave the minced meat in this state to marinate at room temperature for 40 minutes. If you marinate it in the refrigerator, increase the time to 2 hours. You can cover the bowl with cling film. Keep in mind that your minced meat will be liquid and cannot be formed into cutlets.
STEP 10
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Scoop the minced meat with a spoon and spread the mixture into the pan in even circles. You can give the cutlets an oval shape. Fry them on both sides for 7-10 minutes. Calculate the exact time based on your stove.
