Chocolate pie in a slow cooker
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Necessary products. If the eggs are large, three are enough. The butter must be softened at room temperature.
STEP 2
Beat the eggs with sugar until it is completely dissolved.
STEP 3
Add soft butter and sour cream, continue beating until smooth.
STEP 4
Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.
STEP 5
Pour through a strainer into a bowl with the butter-egg mixture.
STEP 6
Mix thoroughly with a mixer or spatula.
STEP 7
Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place a circle of baking paper on the bottom. If the baked goods do not burn in your multicooker, you can do without a substrate. Pour the dough and level it. Close the lid, set the Baking or Multicook program, 150 degrees, for 45 minutes.
STEP 8
After the signal, keep the cake on Heat for another 15 minutes.
STEP 9
Then remove using the steamer insert and place on a plate. Meanwhile, make the topping. Break the chocolate into pieces and, together with the butter, bring it to a homogeneous mass using the Heating mode.
STEP 10
If the topping is too thick, you can add a little hot water or milk.
STEP 11
Cover the pie with topping, decorate as desired and put it in a cool place for 12 hours (overnight). Serve with morning tea. Enjoy your tea!
