Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Add powdered sugar (70 g) and honey to soft butter.
STEP 2

Add the egg and mix everything well until smooth.
STEP 3

Sift the flour, add salt, spices and cocoa. Mix well.
STEP 4

Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and knead into a dough that does not stick to your hands.
STEP 5

Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 6

Pinch off pieces of dough and roll into walnut-sized balls. Dip each ball into powder.
STEP 7

Line a baking sheet with parchment, lay out the pieces and flatten them slightly. Bake chocolate gingerbreads for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
STEP 8
