STEP 1

We prepare the ingredients. Turn on the oven (top bottom) at 200°.
STEP 2

Melt the chocolate in a steam bath.
STEP 3

Add butter. Mix until smooth. Leave to cool.
STEP 4

While the chocolate is cooling, mix the eggs and sugar.
STEP 5

Add baking powder and a pinch of salt. If desired, you can add cocoa, but not much, otherwise it will taste bitter.
STEP 6

Add flour and stir until smooth
STEP 7

The mass should turn out without lumps.
STEP 8

Since the temperature of the chocolate is higher, I pour the batter into the chocolate rather than the other way around. In a thin stream and stir.
STEP 9

Pour 2/3 into molds. I use silicone molds, but ceramic ones are better. This will make the crust crispier. Bake at 180° for 7-10 minutes
STEP 10

In my oven the baking time is exactly 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Do not leave it for longer, otherwise the cream will thicken and will not be as liquid.
STEP 11

If you overdo it, you get simply delicious chocolate cupcakes)
