Chocolate eclairs

Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - Pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add chocolate, drain. butter and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. 
- STEP 2 - Reduce heat further, add flour and stir quickly. 
- STEP 3 - Stir until the dough comes away from the sides. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly. 
- STEP 4 - Cool the dough slightly and transfer to a pastry bag. And place eclairs from it on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Preheat the oven to 200C and bake the eclairs for 20 minutes. 
- STEP 5 - This recipe uses whipped cream for the cream, but you can make any other cream. The cream should be cold. You need to beat them with a mixer until thick, gradually adding powdered sugar. 
- STEP 6 - Fill each eclair with whipped cream through the narrow tip of a pastry bag. Decorate with white chocolate frosting.
