Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Melt butter, cool
STEP 2

beat eggs with sugar into fluffy foam
STEP 3

Sift flour, mix with soda and cocoa powder
STEP 4

Mix beer with melted butter
STEP 5

Add the egg-sugar and butter-beer mixtures to the flour mixture alternately in parts, mixing well each time.
STEP 6

Pour the finished dough into the mold. I grease the pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle it with semolina, then I get beautiful stripes on the edges of the finished cake. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until dry, about 30-35 minutes, but be guided by your oven and the size of the mold.
STEP 7

The finished cake can be covered with glaze, cut into two parts and greased with cream or jam. Bon appetit!
