Chocolate cream mousse

STEP 1
Required ingredients: cream, milk, eggs, chocolate, waffles, butter, sugar, powdered sugar, gelatin.
STEP 2
Separate the whites from the yolks.
STEP 3
Mix the yolks with sugar.
STEP 4
Place in a water bath and whisk until the mixture thickens. Remove from the bathhouse.
STEP 5
Pour milk over gelatin and let it swell.
STEP 6
Next, add finely crushed chocolate to the gelatin and heat, stirring, until the chocolate is completely melted.
STEP 7
Remove from the water bath and stir in the butter. Let the mixture cool slightly.
STEP 8
Mix chocolate and yolk mixture.
STEP 9
Then put it on the stove over low heat. Stirring constantly and occasionally lifting the ladle, heat the mixture until the sugar dissolves. When stirring, make sure that the mixture does not stick to the bottom!
STEP 10
Beat the cream with a mixer. Beat the whites in the same way to a strong foam, gradually adding powdered sugar. Gently fold the whipped cream and egg whites into the chocolate-yolk mixture.
STEP 11
Grind the waffles in a blender into fine crumbs.
STEP 12
Place the mousse in bowls, alternating layers with waffle crumbs: mousse – waffle crumbs – mousse. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to harden.
STEP 13
You can decorate the dessert with fresh berries, fruits, cookies. Bon appetit!
