Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make vegetables with chicken in a frying pan over a fire? Prepare the products indicated in the recipe. Instead of chicken fillet, it is permissible to use meat cut from the legs and thighs of the bird. You can also use turkey, pork or beef, but keep in mind that in this case the cooking time will increase. The set of vegetables can be anything.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels or a kitchen towel. There should be no excess water left on the meat.
STEP 3
Peel potatoes, onions, carrots and garlic. Cut the peppers in half and remove the core and seeds. To make the finished dish more appetizing, use peppers of different colors.
STEP 4
Rinse and dry the vegetables.
STEP 5
Cut the potatoes into large slices and soak them in cold water for a while to prevent them from darkening. 10 minutes before cooking, remove potatoes to a flat surface. In the fresh air it will dry quickly and you can start frying.
STEP 6
Cut the onion into half rings, the pepper into slices, the carrots into slices, and the garlic into two or four parts. In general, vegetables can be cut in absolutely any way, but the larger they are cut, the tastier the final result is.
STEP 7
Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
STEP 8
Place the frying pan on the fire. It is better to take an iron frying pan or saj. You can cook on a burning grill on a grill. I used tandoor. Pour odorless vegetable oil into the pan. Send the potatoes to fry.
STEP 9
Add salt to taste, cook until golden brown and soft. Remove the potatoes from the pan with a slotted spoon.
STEP 10
Next, add all the vegetables to the same oil.
STEP 11
Cook over high heat, stirring continuously, until softened, about 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove the vegetables to a separate tray.
STEP 12
Continue cooking the chicken. Add salt and fry until done. Don't forget to stir occasionally so that nothing burns.
STEP 13
Place the fried vegetables into the pan. Add your favorite spices and seasonings, stir and let cook for a minute.
STEP 14
Taste for salt and add salt if necessary.
STEP 15
Remove the pan from the heat, place the potatoes on top and garnish with fresh herbs.
