Or you can take a whole chicken and chop it into pieces. You can take cherry tomatoes or regular large ones and just chop them. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt.

    For cooking I will use chicken thighs. They are quite large for me, so I divided each thigh in half. Chicken pieces can be any size. Sprinkle chicken with salt and spices. Rub the spices into the meat and leave to sit for a while.

    For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form, grease the bottom and sides with olive oil. The article at the end of the recipe will help you choose the form. Place the prepared chicken pieces in the pan and place the chopped potatoes in between. Salt it a little. Brush the surface of the chicken and potatoes with olive oil. This is necessary so that they do not dry out during baking.

    Place chopped bell peppers and whole cherry tomatoes on top. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. They treated me to cherry tomatoes and there was chicken fillet in the freezer. I was looking for ingredients on my favorite website to see what I could cook. I liked this recipe. It's simple, quick, and looks awesome. I prepared a dish for a romantic dinner for 2 servings, reducing the amount of food using the site’s calculator, it’s so convenient! The only thing is that I didn’t add bell pepper. From the spices I chose tomato, basil, garlic seasoning and salt. This seasoning perfectly complemented the chicken and potatoes. I put marinated chicken fillet and potatoes and whole cherry tomatoes into a mold. I added a little more salt and sprinkled it with oil according to the author’s advice. Cooked under foil for 40 minutes and without foil for 20 minutes. The aroma is stunning! The fillet turned out tender and flavorful, the potatoes simply melted in your mouth, and the baked cherry tomatoes are simply beyond words, they are so delicious. I often make potatoes with chicken in the oven using the same recipe, but when I came across this recipe, I decided to try it. It happened that the potatoes were not baked.
