“Chicken with tomatoes in a frying pan” is a wonderful, simple and quick to prepare recipe. A whole chicken carcass was cut into portions. I fried them in a small amount of sunflower oil. I didn’t add onions; I don’t really like the combination of chicken and onions. I peeled the frozen tomatoes after immersing them in warm water. And cut it into fairly large pieces. Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low. The chicken and tomatoes released a lot of juice and there was no need to add water. After about 15 minutes of cooking, I added salt, added a little dried garlic and tied stalks from celery and dill. The chicken was soaked in tomato juice, it turned out very juicy, aromatic and incredibly tasty! Julia, thank you very much for the recipe, the whole family is delighted!
