Good day everyone! When the guests arrived, I decided to cook chicken with potatoes in sour cream in the oven. Using a calculator, I reduced the number of servings to 4. I prepared the necessary ingredients, cut the potatoes into slices, and the chicken into cubes. In separate bowls, I mixed the chicken with sour cream and spices, and separately the potatoes with spices and sour cream. I placed the potatoes and chicken in the prepared molds in layers, the first layer was potatoes, the top layer was chicken. I baked according to the recommendations from the recipe - at 200 degrees for an hour, this time for cooking in my oven was enough, after 40-45 minutes the most delicious appetizing smells were heard in my kitchen! The dish turned out incredibly tasty, aromatic and satisfying. Soft potatoes in sour cream sauce and tender browned chicken are the perfect combination of a delicious dinner! I liked the recipe for chicken with potatoes in sour cream in the oven. I'm making it for dinner today. I have chicken wings, potatoes, some sour cream and spices. I also prepared a couple of cloves of garlic. I peel and cut the potatoes, and divide the wings in half. In a separate bowl, I mix sour cream and spices, I use curry, chicken seasoning and ground black pepper, add finely chopped garlic, mix half with potatoes, half with wings. I’ll bake it in a pot, put the potatoes there first, and chicken wings on top, pour a little water, literally a couple of spoons, so that the potatoes don’t stick to the bottom of the pot, and put it in the oven. I cover the pot with a lid and turn on low heat. After 50 minutes, the whole apartment smelled very tasty, the chicken and potatoes were ready, the potatoes became soft and tender, very juicy due to the sauce, and the wings were slightly browned. How delicious it must be! I love recipes like this, when the oven does most of the work))) I cook something similar, but I bake it in a sleeve, not in a pan.
