I was seeing my son off on the road and decided to bake him some chicken. There was no time for marinating, so the recipe for chicken with paprika came in handy! My chicken was small, weighing 1.3 kg. I washed it, dried it with a towel and coated it with butter. Previously, I only used vegetable ones; they taste better with creamy ones. Then I rubbed it with salt, paprika and a little thyme. Coating is not very convenient, it seems to me that it is better to immediately mix the seasonings with oil, it will be easier to apply this mixture. I immediately put the chicken in the oven. I previously laid foil in the mold. Bake at 180 degrees for one hour. There wasn't much juice, but still enough to drizzle over the top of the chicken three times. The chicken turned out soft on the inside and golden crispy on the outside! My son said it was very tasty). Thanks to the author for the recipe!
