STEP 1

How to make chicken with paprika? Take all the necessary products. Use sweet or smoked ground paprika.
STEP 2

Wash the chicken and dry with a paper towel. Salt the inside and outside, tie the legs. Set aside for 15–20 minutes.
STEP 3

In a separate bowl, combine paprika and oregano.
STEP 4

Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let stand at room temperature until it thaws. Coat the entire chicken with soft butter.
STEP 5

Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Rub the chicken with the mixture and place in the pan.
STEP 6

Place the chicken in an oven preheated to 180° and bake for 30–40 minutes until the paprika darkens.
STEP 7

Then cover the pan with a lid or foil and bake for about 40 minutes until cooked through, occasionally basting the chicken with the juices from the bottom of the pan.
STEP 8

Let the finished chicken stand in the oven for 10 minutes, place on a dish and serve with vegetables. Bon appetit!
