STEP 1

How to simmer chicken with broccoli in a creamy sauce in a frying pan? Very simple and fast! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can add or replace the vegetable part to your liking. You can replace chicken with any other meat.
STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into medium pieces. You can replace the fillet with other parts of the chicken.
STEP 3

Wash the broccoli and separate it into florets. You can use fresh or frozen cabbage. If you are using frozen cabbage, defrost it first and drain the water that has accumulated.
STEP 4

Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater. I've been using a Korean carrot grater lately, I like the shape of the vegetable shavings.
STEP 5

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Determine the size of the onion according to your taste. If you or your children don't like onions, you can omit them altogether.
STEP 6

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onions, carrots and chicken. Fry, stirring, for 7-10 minutes.

Add broccoli, stir and heat for 3-5 minutes.
STEP 8

Pour cream into the pan. Sprinkle everything with dry garlic, salt, pepper and stir.

Simmer over low heat, covered, for 8-10 minutes until the chicken and broccoli are cooked through.
