STEP 1
Prepare the products indicated in the recipe. How to choose the right chicken wings? It is better to buy chilled wings, as a frozen product loses its beneficial properties. There should be no bruises or damage on the surface. The color is light pink. Press the flesh with your finger; if the dent does not straighten out quickly, the product is not fresh. A sticky and slippery surface, as well as an unpleasant, sour smell are also a sign of deterioration.
STEP 2
Peel the garlic cloves and pass them through a press.
STEP 3
Wash the wings and dry them from excess moisture with paper towels. In a deep container, combine the wings with garlic, soy sauce, add spices (curry, ground black pepper). If you think necessary, add salt, but keep in mind that soy sauce is already quite salty.
STEP 4
Stir the contents and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes, or better yet, refrigerate overnight. The longer the meat is marinated, the tastier and more juicy it turns out.
STEP 5
Take any heat-resistant form. Place the wings. In advance (10-15 minutes before cooking), preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the chicken for about 30-40 minutes. Baking time and temperature may vary as everyone's oven bakes differently. Focus on the features of your technique and the readiness of the dish. The finished wings become rosy, the flesh is easily pierced with a knife, and clear juice flows out.
