For spices I used curry, paprika, black pepper from a grinder and a little lemon zest. Soy sauce works very well for marinating chicken. I like it best. Great marinade! The meat was marinated for three hours in the refrigerator, then left at room temperature for half an hour and baked in the oven. I baked it longer to get a golden brown crust. I really love the wings, they turned out just great, very tasty. Then in 2 forms (I have disposable ones) and in the oven for 40 minutes) it’s worth noting that even my NeFontanOven managed it with the task 👍At home they appreciated, appreciated and learned, but not much, because soy sauce then requires a lot of liquid for a pleasant company 😆👌
