Chicken thighs stuffed with cheese in the oven

STEP 1

Wash the thighs well, dry them, sprinkle with salt, a mixture of peppers and seasoning.
STEP 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the garlic.
STEP 4
Gently pull back the skin and use a sharp knife to make slits in the meat wherever possible, around the bone. Try not to make through cuts. Stuff the cuts in the legs with grated cheese, pressing it well inward along with the chopped garlic.
STEP 5
Add a little more salt to the meat and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Gently stretch the skin. Grease the chicken legs with sour cream or mayonnaise.
STEP 6
Place in a baking dish lined with parchment and lightly greased with vegetable oil.
STEP 7
Bake the most delicious and appetizing chicken legs stuffed with cheese in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes until beautifully golden brown. Serve warm with vegetables and herbs.
