Chicken stewed with vegetables in sour cream

Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in heated vegetable oil. The chicken should be slightly browned. About 15 minutes
STEP 3

Cut the onion into half rings and add it to the frying pan with the chicken. Fry the onion until transparent, about 3-5 minutes.
STEP 4

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add them to the frying pan with the chicken and onions, this will take another 3-5 minutes
STEP 5

Cut the pepper into strips and also place in the frying pan for 5 minutes
STEP 6

Cut the tomato into cubes (not large) and send to the others. Simmer for about 5 minutes. The vegetables have given juice - you can add garlic (through a press)
STEP 7

Mix sour cream with milk (the ingredients are not included in the photo) and add to the chicken with vegetables.
STEP 8

Simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Salt, pepper, add your favorite seasonings to taste.
STEP 9

When everything is ready, let it cool a little and add the greens (fresh or frozen)
