Such a simple, unpretentious recipe and such a delicious soup. I had just cut up a large chicken and the “spare parts” were just asking for broth. The soup with cabbage and chicken is prepared very quickly, the broth turned out golden and rich, I added frozen dill and parsley stems. I did everything else according to the recipe, only I reduced the amount of tomato paste to one tablespoon and flavored it with a pinch of sugar. The soup steeped overnight and turned out very filling and aromatic. Thanks to the author for the recipe, enjoy cooking.

I took a three-liter saucepan. I liked that there was no hassle, and the list of products was not a kilometer long, but accessible and quick. And quite tasty. Thank you for the recipe for cabbage and chicken soup!
