I really love meat salads. I liked the chicken salad with vegetables. I decided to make it for a light dinner. I had roasted sesame seeds earlier. I boiled the chicken fillet in advance, cooled it and cut it into strips. In the absence of bell peppers, I cut the tomatoes into strips. I also chopped cucumbers. Finely chopped parsley and garlic. I combined everything, added toasted sesame seeds and seasoned the salad with Dijon mustard, lemon juice and sunflower oil. The combination of all ingredients is excellent. The salad turned out juicy, filling and very appetizing. Cutting food looks beautiful and creates an appetite. Roasted sesame seeds and mustard beans gave the salad a special taste.
