I noticed the recipe for chicken meatballs with cheese in tomato sauce a long time ago; I really liked the idea. For cooking, I took more meat - 900 g of chicken breasts. I twisted it myself in a meat grinder along with a couple of cloves of garlic. For this amount of minced meat I used one large egg. Adding sour cream made the minced meat more juicy and elastic. It took me five spoons of fresh wheat crackers, after which the minced meat began to easily come together into a ball. In addition, she also hit him on the cutting board. For the filling I took Russian cheese and first checked that it melted well. I fried the finished buns on both sides and then simmered them in tomato sauce with garlic for about 15 minutes. I didn’t use basil or onions, the kids don’t like them. Meatballs are gone with a bang! The name alone has already intrigued the kids. And the stringy cheese inside the cutlet was the second surprise. Meatballs are very tasty and tender. I definitely recommend making them!
