Chicken meatballs in sour cream sauce
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Heat olive oil in a hot frying pan and fry finely chopped onion until golden brown.
STEP 2
In a bowl, mix chicken fillet, fried onion, starch and salt.
STEP 3
Pass all ingredients through a meat grinder or food processor.
STEP 4
Using hands dipped in cold water, form small balls from the resulting minced meat.
STEP 5
Place them in a hot frying pan with oil and fry until done
STEP 6
Let's prepare the sauce! Dissolve half a bouillon cube in hot water
STEP 7
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour to it. Stir thoroughly
STEP 8
Pour broth into butter-flour mixture
STEP 9
Reduce heat and fry meatballs until crust forms
STEP 10
Meanwhile, add sour cream to the saucepan
STEP 11
Mix the sauce thoroughly and simmer until thickened.
STEP 12
Pour the prepared sour cream sauce into the meatballs and simmer for about 5 minutes. That's the whole recipe! Bon appetit!
