boro_di, the meatballs according to your recipe turn out tender with a taste of sour cream sauce, the minced chicken itself with fried onions also gives the meatballs a taste of integrity and there is no moisture from raw onions, I liked everything very much, I added it to my K,K and will cook it, thank you!

The recipe is very interesting! I often make cutlets at home, but meatballs are a new thing for me))) I definitely need to experiment and try to cook)) I was very intrigued by sour cream sauce - a sour cream bouillon cube - my mouth is already watering))) It seems that I have found an alternative to the tomato sauce that is boring to me) ) And also chicken fillet.. not a dish, but tenderness itself)))) I will definitely take the recipe into service!

Thanks for the recipe))! I really liked it!!!! Tasty!!! only I brought in a little bit of my brother-in-law's input))) forgive me, in Kuban we are used to spices and herbs. I added cilantro and lemon pepper to the minced meat, and suneli to the sauce. It turned out quickly and tasty, we ate everything with extras))))
