STEP 1

How to make chicken in sour cream sauce in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Any part of the chicken will work for this recipe. Only chicken fillet can be used. I will use chicken breast, cut a little from the chicken breast, thighs and drumsticks. And the rest of the chicken with bones can be used to make broth.
STEP 2

To cook, heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces of approximately the same size. There is no need to cut it very finely. Place the chicken and fry it in a hot frying pan for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 3

While the chicken is roasting, prepare the onions. Peel it, rinse it in cold water and chop it finely. Add the onion to the pan with the chicken and fry everything together for a couple more minutes. Then cover with a lid and leave to simmer for 15-20 minutes. A little juice will appear from the onion, which should be enough for stewing. But if necessary, you can add a little water so that the chicken does not start to burn.
STEP 4

In a separate bowl, stir sour cream and mustard in a small amount of water. If you want to get a thick sauce in the chicken, then at this stage add a little flour to the glass. 1 tablespoon will be enough.
STEP 5

Pour the resulting sauce over the chicken. Add some minced garlic for flavor. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix everything and bring to a boil. Chicken in sour cream sauce is ready!
STEP 6

Divide the chicken among plates and serve. In addition, you can prepare any side dish. Bon appetit!
