Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make chicken in muffin tins? Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and finely chop.
STEP 2

In a bowl, mix ranch sauce, milk, eggs, and flour until smooth.
STEP 3

Chop the cilantro. Set one third of the portion aside.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese.
STEP 5

In a bowl, mix: cheese, meat, herbs, flour mixture (set part of the mixture aside). The mass should look like a salad.
STEP 6

Dust a muffin tin with flour. Lay out the thick mixture with meat, add the flour mixture on top (the one that was set aside).
STEP 7

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, no more.
STEP 8

When the muffins are baked, remove them from the pan and serve with a sprinkle of cilantro on top.

Thank you for the recipe and the idea - I made it according to the recipe, then replaced the cilantro with dill, I also liked it, and then... chicken for fish, chicken for mushrooms, mushrooms with meat... I’ll experiment more - it’s prepared quickly, mixed with the same speed.
