Chicken gravy with breast sour cream

STEP 1
How to make sour cream gravy from chicken breast? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take boneless chicken breast. My sour cream is 15% fat.
STEP 2
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Chop the onion not very finely, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Cut the chicken into small pieces and roll in flour. Make sure that the flour evenly coats each piece of meat on all sides.
STEP 4
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Add the onions and carrots and fry over low heat for 2-3 minutes to soften the vegetables a little.
STEP 5
Then place the chicken pieces in the flour into the pan. Mix everything and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until the meat changes color.
STEP 6
Then add some water to the pan. Add salt and spices to taste. For spices I use ground peppers and a little paprika. Mix everything and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes. Chicken meat cooks very quickly. If you like a lot of gravy, you can increase the amount of water.
STEP 7
At the end of stewing, add sour cream to the pan. Stir. Heat over the heat for another 2-3 minutes and remove the pan from the heat. If desired, you can add a little garlic for flavor.
STEP 8
Chicken gravy with sour cream is ready! In addition, you can prepare a side dish of rice, buckwheat or pasta. Bon appetit!
