I love chicken breast dishes. It always turns out soft and tender. And with sour cream, chicken meat turns out especially tasty, as in this recipe for chicken gravy with sour cream from the breast. I had almost 800 grams of breasts, so I prepared the gravy for six servings. I grated the carrots on a coarse grater, chopped the onion into feathers. I like it when there is a lot of gravy, so I added half a liter of water, a little more than what was calculated. For spices I used turmeric (1/3 teaspoon), paprika (1/2 teaspoon) and ground pepper. The chicken breast turned out very tender and juicy, with a pleasant creamy taste. I served chicken gravy with spaghetti. It turned out to be a real treat.
