    We wash the stomachs under cold water, clean them and cut them into pieces.

    Place the chopped stomachs in the multicooker bowl, fill with water, add salt and set to cook in the “Soup” mode for 2 hours.

    While the stomachs are boiling, we will prepare the sauce. Sauce: sour cream mayonnaise mustard egg (grate on a coarse grater) milk (preferably 3.2% or higher) garlic (mash on a garlic press or grate on a fine grater).

    Drain the broth. Place the boiled stomachs back into the multicooker bowl, add sunflower oil and fry with the lid open for 5 minutes. Then add the sauce and fry on the “Fry” mode for another 10 minutes. stirring occasionally.
