Pineapples will work either in rings or in pieces; you will still need to cut them. Choose cheese that melts well. Of the spices, curry is the best, I just couldn’t find it, I made do with salt and pepper. Other bright spices can draw attention to themselves, but this dish already has enough accents. But I recommend the curry.

    Rinse the fillets with cold water and dry well with paper towels. Cut each fillet (if you took breast) into three steaks of equal thickness. Beat them off through film or bag. Why through them? To damage the tender chicken meat as little as possible during beating. Plus less splashing. Salt and pepper each piece.

    Remove the pineapples from the jar and cut into small pieces, about two centimeters in size.

I have a large baking sheet, it turned out wide. I’ll say a few words about paper separately. I didn’t like cooking with it, it’s better to use foil or not put anything on it at all. The meat stuck a little to the paper, and the paper itself became wet from the juice.
