I made chicken gravy for dinner. Quite simple and easy preparation. The chicken cooked very quickly and didn't require much cooking time. At the same time, I boiled buckwheat as a side dish. I put onions and carrots in the gravy and fried them. Add water and simmer as described in the recipe. The only spices I added were salt and freshly ground black pepper. I didn’t add sour cream to the gravy for my own reasons. I diluted the flour in the water and poured it in at the end. Very tender chicken fillet meat with vegetables in a medium thick gravy - it is very, very tasty. The dish is hearty and light. Today we ate it with buckwheat, tomorrow I’ll serve it with pasta) an excellent dish to feed the whole family for several days! Definitely a godsend for housewives) Thank you!
