    How to make chicken chops in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take chilled chicken fillet that has not been frozen. Otherwise, when defrosting, the meat will lose a lot of juice and the chops will turn out dry. You can use red or yellow tomatoes, as long as they are tasty.

    Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 parts. Place each fillet on a cutting board, cover with cling film and pound with a meat mallet. Why cover with film? With the film covered, the edges of the meat being beaten will not tear and splashes of meat will not fly around the kitchen.

    To roast meat, prepare a baking sheet. Cover it with cooking paper. It is better not to use foil for this purpose, as it sticks to the finished dish and spoils the appearance. Place the beaten meat on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle each piece with a little salt and spice. As a spice, it will be enough to use ground pepper. Lubricate each chop a little with mayonnaise.

    Rinse the tomatoes well to remove dirt, cut out the stem and cut into circles. Place the chopped tomatoes on the prepared meat.

    Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater. You can use any cheese you like, as long as it melts well.

    Sprinkle each chop generously with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven. During the roasting process, the meat will release juice and begin to brown towards the end of the roasting process. The cheese on the chops will completely melt and turn golden.

Simple, appetizing, juicy and very tasty - this is what you can say about the recipe: chicken fillet fillet in the oven with tomatoes! I made this yummy dish for dinner even without any side dish, but just with vegetables it was satisfying! I cut the fillet into portions, beat it and put the fillet in a baking dish. I salted, peppered and greased each piece with mayonnaise. I cut the tomatoes into circles and placed them on the fillet. I grated the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkled it over the chops. Bake in the oven at 180° for 40 minutes. Tender meat under a delicious crust, what could be tastier!! Thanks to Yulia M. for the recipe!!!

The result was an excellent chicken chop in the oven with tomatoes. I added fresh mushrooms, which fit very well into the dish. True, I got some cheese that didn’t melt, but it didn’t affect the taste.
