Chicken fillet carbonade
I suggest preparing chicken with the taste of pork carbonate. Pork-like chicken. The name is no coincidence, since this chicken surprisingly resembles tender pork meat. Those who don’t know what the dish was prepared from will never guess!

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut skinless chicken fillet into medium pieces, as you usually cut pork.
STEP 2

Sprinkle with salt, spices (I took black pepper and sweet paprika), sprinkle with soda and mix.
STEP 3

Pour lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon. Everything will foam and sizzle! Set aside for 10 minutes.
STEP 4

After this, sprinkle with starch, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
STEP 5

Then roll each piece in flour
STEP 6

and immediately place it in a single layer in a frying pan with hot oil.
STEP 7

Fry (without a lid!) on one side, then carefully turn each piece over with a fork and fry on the other side until golden brown. At the same time, the pieces will swell slightly and a juicy meat taste will appear.
STEP 8

Serve immediately.
