Chicken drumsticks with lemon butter and rosemary in the oven

STEP 1
How to make chicken thighs with lemon butter and rosemary? Prepare the necessary products. Olive oil can be replaced with any vegetable oil.
STEP 2
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, ground nutmeg, salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well.
STEP 3
Wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them well. Place the drumsticks in a suitable sized bowl. Add lemon oil to the legs. Mix well and massage the chicken to distribute the oil evenly. Cover the legs with cling film and leave on the counter for 25-30 minutes. During this time, the oil will reveal its taste and aroma and saturate the chicken drumsticks, and also make them more juicy.
STEP 4
Rinse the rosemary and dry. Tear off the leaves from one branch, add to the chicken legs, stir.
STEP 5
Place the buttered chicken drumsticks tightly together in a baking dish.
STEP 6
Peel the red onion, wash it, and cut it into large slices. Place onions between chicken legs. Place a second sprig of rosemary on top.
STEP 7
Bake chicken drumsticks in an oven preheated to 180C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cooking time depends on the operating characteristics of your oven, so it may differ from the specified one.
