How to quite simply and quickly prepare delicious minced chicken cutlets stuffed with cheese and herbs, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for cooking chicken cutlets with filling in a frying pan.
STEP 2

To prepare the filling, take a fine grater and grate fifty grams of hard cheese into a bowl as you wish, then add finely chopped three or four sprigs of dill into the bowl.

Place fifty grams of softened butter in a common bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

Place the prepared filling in a plastic bag, then shape the filling into a sausage and place in the freezer for ten minutes.

To prepare minced chicken, take a meat grinder with a fine attachment and pass eight hundred grams of chicken breast through it into a deep bowl, which you alternate with two cloves of garlic and two onions.

Add salt to taste to a common bowl, a mixture of black and red peppers, then mix all the ingredients well and let the prepared minced meat soak in the spices for fifteen minutes.

After time has passed, cut the frozen cheese sausage into the required number of pieces corresponding to the number of cutlets.

Take the required amount of minced meat and make a flat cake, then put the filling on it and roll it into a pie shape, then beat it in your hands and form a cutlet.

Dip the formed cutlet in a cup with a well-beaten chicken egg, then roll it in breadcrumbs.

Take a suitable frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour vegetable oil into it and heat it, then lay out the cutlets and fry them on each side at medium stove temperature for four minutes on each side until golden brown.
