Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - How to make cardamom chicken breasts in breadcrumbs? Prepare all products. 
- STEP 2 - Rinse the chicken breast with water and cut into large pieces. 
- STEP 3 - Beat each piece with a culinary hammer. 
- STEP 4 - Break the egg into a deep bowl, add cardamom and salt. Whisk until smooth. Cardamom can be replaced with black pepper or other spices. 
- STEP 5 - First roll the meat in sifted flour. 
- STEP 6 - Then dip into egg. 
- STEP 7 - Roll the meat in breadcrumbs on both sides. 
- STEP 8 - Place chicken breast in hot oil. Fry on each side until golden brown. 
- STEP 9 - Place the meat pieces on a plate. Can be served with a vegetable side dish. Bon appetit!
