But keep in mind that the weight of breasts with bones will be greater than just fillets, so calculate the number of servings not by the weight of the chicken, but by the number of breast halves (1 half - 1 serving).

    Wash the chicken fillet and dry with paper towels.

    Cut a whole head of garlic lengthwise into two halves.

    Peel the remaining two cloves of garlic and pass through a press or grate on a fine grater.

    Place the chicken in mayonnaise in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Spread the sauce remaining in the bowl on top. Place the cut head of garlic next to it. Place the chicken breasts in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 40-45 minutes. If you have bone-in meat, it may take a little longer. Refer to the timing of your oven. If the meat is starting to burn but is not done yet, cover the pan with foil.

Chicken breasts in the oven with mayonnaise is a wonderful tasty dish that is easy to prepare and the result is impressive. For spices, I took smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, a mixture of pepper and lime. Add spices and chopped garlic to mayonnaise and mix. I coated the breasts on all sides with the mixture and left to marinate for one hour at room temperature. Then I put it in a mold greased with vegetable oil and put it in the oven to bake at 180° for 40 minutes. The most tender meat with the aroma of spices... yummy! Thanks Maria for the recipe!
