    Add the remaining ingredients to the chopped breast: egg, finely grated hard cheese, starch, mayonnaise, turmeric. Salt the mixture. Sometimes I like to add finely chopped bell peppers, it turns out even more juicy and piquant. This is optional - a basic recipe is offered.

I made chicken breast cutlets with cheese. In the morning, I shredded the chicken breast, grated the cheese, added the rest of the ingredients, mixed everything and left to marinate so that I could fry the cutlets just before serving. I additionally added freshly ground black pepper and a little grated garlic to the cutlet mixture for added spice. It turned out very tasty, juicy, aromatic. You don’t need to fuss with forming the cutlets; you just spoon the pancakes onto the frying pan. Very good recipe. Thank you, naniki!
