  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make juicy chicken breast cutlets in the oven? Prepare the following ingredients. You can add a little more or less onion according to your taste. White bread can be replaced with breadcrumbs or instant oatmeal.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour milk over slices of white bread. The milk will not completely cover the bread, so they will need to be turned several times to ensure they are completely soaked and soggy.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rinse the chicken fillet under running cold water and dry with paper towels. Trim any remaining bones, fat, and veins from the chicken. Then cut each into large pieces for a meat grinder. Peel the onions and rinse. Chop it coarsely too.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

To prepare minced meat, I use a fine rack; if there isn’t one, you can pass the minced meat twice through a meat grinder with a rack, which is available. Grind the chopped chicken fillet, onions and bread soaked in milk in a meat grinder (if there is milk left, then put it in too ground meat).

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add salt to the minced meat; more may be needed, depending on preference. Also at this step you can add your favorite dry spices to the minced meat. Mix with your hands until completely smooth. To do this, you can use disposable gloves. Place the finished minced meat in the refrigerator for at least an hour. During this time, the minced meat will cool and it will be easier to make cutlets from it.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Take out the cooled minced meat. After wetting your hands in cold water, pinch off a little minced meat and, throwing it from one hand to the other, make dense cutlets from all the minced meat. Use any oven-safe pan. Grease with vegetable oil. Place the cutlets in a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180C for 30-40 minutes. Times are approximate and will depend on your oven. Read about ovens in the article below the steps.

I prepared these chicken breast cutlets in the oven personally for a guest who is a nursing mother; she has a strict diet. I removed pepper from the list of ingredients and replaced milk with water. The cutlets came out wonderful! I used chicken breasts from one chicken, the weight was less than in the recipe, so I easily recalculated thanks to the food calculator. In order to make the minced meat, I used a blender bowl to obtain a homogeneous mass from which cutlets were easily formed. I wet my hands a little when modeling, and then greased the top of the cutlets with vegetable oil. I got 14 pieces. I baked it for exactly 30 minutes, I was afraid it would dry out, so I immediately took the pan out of the oven. The guest really liked my cutlets) They are really tasty and juicy! They are also fluffy and soft! And most importantly, dietary) I offered boiled potatoes as a side dish. Everyone is happy, thanks for the recipe!

I made chicken breast cutlets in the oven using this recipe. I used store-bought minced chicken. I cut off the crust and soaked the loaf slices in milk. I grated the onion and added a couple of cloves of garlic. Mixed all the ingredients. I added salt and pepper from the spices. She greased the parchment with oil and laid out the cutlets from the resulting mass, molding them with wet hands. I decided to decorate the cutlets to make them more appetizing. The child helped me with this and sprinkled ground paprika, turmeric, ground coriander and paprika flakes on top of the cutlets. I baked small cutlets for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C, large ones for 20 minutes. The result is excellent. The child immediately devoured the small warm cutlets (I didn’t have time to take a photo), they were very soft, tender and juicy. The large cutlets (I managed to take a photo) turned out very beautiful and appetizing. When broken, they released juice, the structure was loose, almost airy. The child tried them all and said “too tasty!” My husband and I also got to try a little) the chicken cutlets have a great taste. They are dietary, not greasy, very, very juicy, tender, soft, you just want more and more. Amazingly delicious! I will definitely repeat it again. Easy to prepare and very quick to bake. Great recipe! Many thanks to the author 😊
