I wanted to make mushroom soup for the first time, and on the website, among all the variety of recipes, I liked the cheese mushroom soup made from champignons. I took frozen champignons. Added diced onions to the mushrooms and diced carrots. At the very end, I added melted cream cheese to the soup. I did not add any spices other than salt to the soup.
